A 12-week program for lower and upper elementary students designed to build upon the language, self-efficacy, and coping strategies for the Big Feelings children encounter while in connection with themselves and others.

Children learn best through safety, connection, curiosity, and practice — this 12-week package is designed to spur meaningful growth through exactly that.

Big feelings can show up as meltdowns, shutdowns, anxiety, perfectionism, anger, people-pleasing, impulsivity, difficulty with friendships, or struggles at school. Often, children aren’t trying to be difficult — they simply don’t yet have the tools, body awareness, or support to navigate what they’re experiencing internally.

My emotional regulation coaching helps children build the skills to understand their emotions, regulate their nervous systems, strengthen self-trust, and move through challenges with greater confidence and resilience.

This work is gentle, relational, and deeply practical. Through connection, play, mindfulness, somatic tools, and age-appropriate emotional skill-building, children begin learning not just what they feel — but what to do with those feelings.
