Welcome to the
Wilderness Mercies!

This is a bi-weekly Substack newsletter for people who…

  • desire to hold space for what’s kind and beautiful amidst that which is less kind, and less beautiful

  • delight in ordinary miracles - laughter, an unscheduled day, timely humor, gathering around the table, backcountry adventure, a smidge of irreverence, and a starry sky all included

  • are healing from relational trauma and looking for someone who “gets it”

  • welcome a woman who’s willing to throw down some truth, kindly

  • are deeply rooted in faith while aware of the brokenness that exists within church communities and/or doctrines

  • feel more deeply understood because of something I’ve written

This isn’t meant to be the final word but another word as we sift through the wilderness in communion, so please, do, share your thoughts. Let’s create space for meaningful dialogue in an increasingly divided world.

Let’s talk about things that matter.

Let’s keep the conversation going.

Let’s steep in the wilderness mercies.
